This program brings together two support services offered to public mobility operators (France Travail, Régions) in the regions. It consists of 3 training courses ( 2, 3, 6 months) designed to support and (re)mobilize jobseekers for a work experience placement abroad, with the aim of: acquiring and developing transversal skills appreciated by employers (agility, initiative-taking, self-confidence, English fluency...) and professional skills in their field of activity.

Allophone people or people with a migratory background in professional integration
This program is aimed directly at adult learners who speak other languages or have migration backgrounds, and who wish to access employment. It is the result of a selection of training activities that have made the difference during previous experiments, offering an innovative pedagogical approach, centered on the profiles of the target groups. It includes :
- 2 training courses ( 72h and 240h) designed to equip participants with the tools they need to assess their skills, enhance their competence and fully grasp their professional project.
- 2 short courses to be integrated into a longer training program, to work on cross-disciplinary skills (Learning to learn and Citizenship).

This program offers 6 training courses designed for all professionals in contact with allophone populations and/or those with a migration background. The courses differentiate the professional contexts of those working in education and training, as well as those working in all sectors of activity: social work, vocational integration support, reception of allophones in local authorities or public services, etc.

This training course is designed for mobility professionals in charge of preparing and supporting learners who are about to take part in an international mobility experience (Erasmus + or other). It is based on over 4,000 incoming and outgoing mobility programs for professionals, students and jobseekers organized by our teams in recent years. It consists of 5 training courses designed for professionals responsible for organizing European and international mobility programs and supporting their learners. The program focuses on societal issues such as the inclusion of the public, the importance of cross-disciplinary skills and the eco-responsibility of each individual during a mobility program.
