Developing the digital skills of migrant adults

The Strength project contributed to develop the use of digital technology in training courses offered to low-qualified women with migration backgrounds, in order to foster their social and professional integration in Europe.

Results
From November 2021 to November 2024, the partners:

✨ Produced a state of the art on the use of DIGICOMP within training courses delivered to migrant women, in the partners' countries.

✨ Designed a training referential and an online platform containing numerous teaching resources designed to strengthen learners' digital skills.

✨ Developed a training of trainers course designed for the use of digital learning devices in class.

Project Details

In the digital age, the knowledge and use of computer tools have become essential for everyone, including migrant women with a low qualification level. The STRENGTH project helped strengthen the skills of trainers to support their female learners in the use of digital technology
