Increase the skills of your Erasmus + mentors
In the last years, mental health has become a societal issue for many young people. Thus, preparing for European and international mobility is both a preamble and a success factor.
✨ An online training toolkit in order to help VET learners acquire professional and personal skills to have a successful mobility experience abroad and better enter the labor market.
✨ An e-learning platform, based on Moodle, to give mobility beneficiaries and mobility actors access to the training course.
✨ A training course for VET teachers and trainers, and actors supporting mobility projects. Flexible, this scheme enables mobility professionals to adapt it to the specific needs of participants.
Project Details
Since the launch of Erasmus +, more than 10 million beneficiaries in Europe have developed their linguistic and professional skills.
Erasmus + goes further, it makes us (even the older ones) grow by pulling us out of our comfort zone and making us confront otherness. For the most fragile people among us, it may sometimes be a test.
Our objective
The INTERMOVE + project offers a training program for mobility mentors on key themes. With this training program, they will be able to carry out activities with their learners, in person and in a virtual classroom, to prepare them in the best manner for their departure abroad. The mentors can thus encourage them to acquire experience and to become responsible citizens who are open to otherness.
